Mr. Hadi Sanjaya

Mr. Hadi Sanjaya Sim joined TÜV SÜD Thailand in 2021 as Program Manager and is responsible for techno-commercial aspect of TÜV SÜD Battery and Automotive Component Test Laboratory. He started his career in Indonesia as test engineer before ascending to lab manager role and has worked with established global automotive OEMs, specifically in the area of R&D testing with main focus on improving product quality and accelerate market access. Today his passion in automotive industry brings him to Thailand working on electromobility topic. While he remains in touch with his core competency in managing test laboratory, he is increasingly involved in business development roles, tackling topics such as feasibility study, strategy formulation, risk assessment and regulatory advocacy. With over 10-year experience in automotive TIC business, his experience allows him to gauge future trends, discuss in-depth projects with legacy OEMs and start-ups, exchange industry insights while providing technical solutions. Mr. Hadi Sanjaya Sim holds bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics from Swiss-German University, Indonesia and master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Indonesia.
