Mr. Naosumi Tada

Mr. Naosumi Tada graduated from the Department of Applied Chemistry, Faculty of Engineering, Osaka Institute of Technology in 1986. In the same year, he started his career as an engineer at BorgWarner Automotive, where he worked on timing drives for Honda S2000 engines. Later in 2001, he joined Bosch and started with the sales of transmission-related parts, after which he was responsible for direct-injection engine parts and electrification technology as a senior general manager. In 2016, he became the Managing Director of Tenneco Japan. The following year, he established the Japanese subsidiary of Contemporary Amplex Technology Japan (CATL) and served as Regional President and Director, holding key positions in business strategy in Japan and the Asia Pacific. In 2019, he was appointed as the President of ZF Japan.
