Dr. Jose Bienvenido Manuel M. Biona, Ph.D.
Executive Director, Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines

Dr. Biona is currently the Executive Director of the Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines and a Professor of Mechanical Engineering and the Executive Dean of the Enrique Razon Jr. Logistics Institute of De La Salle University (DLSU). He is a member of the Board and technology advisor of Tojo Motors Corp., an electric vehicle manufacturing company in the Philippines. He is the technical lead in the crafting of the Comprehensive Roadmap of the Electric Vehicle Industry (CREVI) of the Philippines and has been engaged as either expert or lead in various e-mobility related programs of various organizations including World Bank, UNEP, UN Habitat, DTI, DOE, DENR and SolutionsPlus among others. He is a member of the International Technical Working Group on the Electric Two and Three Wheelers of the UNEP.
