Technical Lead, Land Transport Pillar Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre
Kelvin Chan is the Technical Lead for the Land Transport Pillar at the Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC). As the Technical Lead, he oversees the strategic development and coordination of technical capabilities for the land transport industry, including novel charging solutions, advanced automation and end-of-life battery management. Kelvin is also the Group Manager for the Smart Remanufacturing Systems in ARTC that is responsible for developing remanufacturing solutions for products to enable a circular economy. Kelvin has almost 20 years of experience that spans across R&D programme management, technology development and consulting in the aerospace, consumer goods, land transport and pharmaceutical industries.
