Important Travel Requirement for All International Attendees

All international attendees are responsible for meeting Malaysia’s latest immigration and entry requirements before travelling. Please ensure you have the correct travel documents and approvals in place, as requirements vary by nationality and may change over time.

1) Passport validity

Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry into Malaysia. (Malaysia Visa)

2) Visa requirement (if applicable)

Some nationalities require a visa to enter Malaysia. Please verify your visa requirement using the Immigration Department’s “Visa Requirement by Country” page: https://www.imi.gov.my/index.php/en/main-services/visa/visa-requirement-by-country/ (Ministry of Interior Malaysia)

3) Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) submission

All foreign nationals are required to register and submit the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) within three (3) days before arriving in Malaysia. Please complete it via the official MDAC portal: https://imigresen-online.imi.gov.my/mdac/main (Malaysia Visa)

We recommend saving a copy or screenshot of your MDAC submission confirmation for reference during travel.
