Visa Requirements & Travel Preparation
Please consult your local Thai Embassy or Consulate for visa requirements specific to your country. The Organisers can provide a letter of invitation for visa support once your registration is confirmed and payment is made.

Note: Some nationalities are eligible for visa exemption or visa on arrival — we recommend confirming this well in advance of travel.
Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)
Starting May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand, including by air, land, or sea, will be required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online, within 72 hours prior to their arrival. Please note that TDAC is not a visa.
