Cancellation Policy Details:

  • If you are unable to attend ABTC2026 for any reason, you may cancel your registration by sending written notice to the ABTC Conference Organizer at ab******@***my.com.
  • Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Canceling your registration DOES NOT automatically cancel your hotel or travel arrangements. Participants are responsible for managing their own hotel and travel cancellations.

The conference will take place at Mövenpick Hotel and Convention Centre KLIA, Selangor, Malaysia. We have secured a limited number of rooms at exclusive rates for our delegates.. 

DISCOUNTED HOTEL BOOKING AT THE VENUE WILL BE PROVIDED THROUGH LINK with the REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

The special room rates for attending our conference at Mövenpick Hotel and Convention Centre KLIA, Selangor, Malaysia are TBC (RM ___ to RM ___) per room per night. Rates are quoted inclusive of applicable taxes and charges. (Minimum 2-night stay, if applicable.)

  • Rate is inclusive of 2 Daily Breakfasts
  • A Minimum 2 nights stay is required during 19, 20 & 21 August 2026
  • Extra person charges RM (TBC) Net per night per person
  • Full pre-payment is required with non-refundable
